Atico Duplex en Sierra Blanca, Marbella
El Sr. Larsson buscaba alquilar su ático dúplex en Sierra Blanca por 6.500€ al mes, para elo contacto con cinco inmobiliarias diferentes, las cuales se limitaron a hacer unas fotos de baja calidad y subirlas a idealista, la propiedad permaneció vacía durante dos meses. A través de una recomendación, el Sr. Larsson se puso en contacto con Malaga Host.
Marco analizo la propiedad el mismo día y, sin requerir ningún pago inicial, financiamos la limpieza profunda, el cambio de ropa de cama, y algunas mejoras decorativas, con una inversión total de 1.000€. Esto transformó la propiedad en un espacio de lujo.
